Book a discovery call

A discovery call is a first conversation with a payments specialist to agree the pilot scope and the data needed. The pilot is risk-aligned: a 30-day diagnostic on your own data, so you see verified recoveries before any recurring fee. Write to hello@feeverify.com and a specialist replies.

How does a pilot work?

A pilot runs in three steps: you share your data, FeeVerify runs a 30-day diagnostic, and you recover and decide whether to continue. You see verified recoveries before any recurring fee, the fee comes as a success fee on the value you accept, from money back to cost savings and revenue gained, and there is no ongoing commitment.

AI does the high-volume reading and re-costing, experienced payments specialists steer the work, and a named reviewer signs off every material finding before it reaches you, so you need no new headcount. Pilot fees and success-fee percentages are subject to contract. Read how an investigation runs.

  1. Share your data

Your contracts and agreements, side letters and incentive tiers, pricing, and one month of settlement, clearing, scheme billing or invoice files, depending on where you sit in the payment chain.

  2. 30-day diagnostic

Every transaction or fee line broken down and checked against what you agreed, variances quantified and linked to the clause behind them, and the findings reviewed with your team.

  3. Recover and continue

A success fee on the value you accept, no ongoing commitment, and optional continuous assurance that checks each new month as it lands.

What happens after you write to us?

A payments specialist reads your email and replies in person; there is no form to fill in and no sales queue. The first conversation agrees the pilot scope and the data needed: which providers, schemes or markets to start with, who owns the contracts, and a date for the data transfer.

You do not need to prepare much for the call itself. If the pilot goes ahead, the table below sets out what FeeVerify asks for, what it never asks for, and what stays with you.

Becoming a design partner

A design partner works alongside the team building FeeVerify while the product matures. Design partners receive preferential terms and have a say in the roadmap and in the order the work is done, and like every client they keep the rulebook and the variance map built on their data.

Design partnership suits a business with several providers, schemes or markets and a payments or finance team willing to tell the team what the product gets wrong. FeeVerify is proven on real production data from a tier-one cross-border payments business operating across multiple markets, anonymised on the proof page, and design partners shape where the same engine goes next. To ask about it, email hello@feeverify.com with the subject "Design partner".

How to reach us

Email is the only way to reach FeeVerify for now. Write to hello@feeverify.com with the subject "Discovery call" or "Design partner", and a payments specialist will reply. Questions about personal data or this site's privacy practices go to privacy@feeverify.com. Say which providers, schemes or markets you have in mind if you know, and the reply can go straight to the pilot scope and the data it would need.

Before any data moves, you can read how FeeVerify handles it on the governance page and in the privacy policy.
